Ms. Yee is the General Counsel and VP Government Affairs for Delicato Family Wines, one of the largest wineries in the US. As an executive with Delicato, she leads the Legal and Regulatory Compliance teams, ESG & Sustainability, Health & Safety and Environmental Compliance, and Food Safety teams. Prior to joining Delicato, she advised E. & J. Gallo Winery, worked with a tech firm in Silicon Valley, and as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Seoul, Korea. Ms. Yee currently serves on the Advisory Board for a small luxury boutique winery, and was a member of the Professional Faculty for the Sonoma State University Global Executive MBA in Wine Business. She is also a former adjunct instructor at UC Law SF (fka UC Hastings). She has served on numerous non-profit Boards over the last few decades.

Ms. Yee holds a BA from UCLA and a JD from UC Law SF. She is an avid supporter of public education, having received the benefits of public education, and being the daughter of a public-school teacher and middle school counselor who served youth in underserved populations her entire career. Ms. Yee is married with two school-aged children, a black Labrador retriever and chickens in Napa.
